Class Description:
The Power Barre Fitness Technique is designed to build beautifully strong, long, and lean musculature. This hour-long class provides the most efficient and rigorous workout to tone and sculpt, increase stamina, and transform your body. The class will begin with a little heart-rate rising cardio, then to the mat for some core strengthening and body toning exercising, and then to the barre for some high intensity cardio and sculpting barre work. Finally, the class will finish with a short but refreshing stretch to lengthen the targeted muscles. The techniques is designed to burn fat and shape the various muscle groups of the body (arms, legs, glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) in the most efficient and effective way possible. The technique is an excellent cross-training technique to be taken by dancers and athletes of all sorts.
